Thread photos are cached on the server as a single image token per chat. The inbox rail and header both read that token, so they stay aligned. If a row shows letters first, the real photo is still loading or the URL has not been fetched yet — a background job retries older threads.

Imports (Pure / OnlyFans / Telegram)

Use the browser companions or integrations to pull history. More back-and-forth in storage means better reply suggestions. After a successful import, the shell watches sync status and can refresh the thread list when new data lands.

Voice, tone, and reply suggestions

Edit sliders and custom instructions on Voice & tone. Suggestions are written in your voice to the other person. If the model errors or times out, the app falls back to the template engine and shows a notice.

Lists and scrolling

Search and filters update the list without a full page reload. Each column scrolls on its own; if the list jumps after refresh, scroll position is restored by ratio so the same rows stay in view when possible.
